Q: When will I get my order?
A: Addresses within the continental United States will receive their order within 2 to 7 business days. Addresses outside the continental United States may take up to 10 days or less, depending on the selected shipping method.

A: Customer privacy is a priority. All orders are packaged in a plain brown envelope, marked with a non-descriptive company name.

Q: How quickly are orders processed and shipped?
A: All orders placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the same day, all other orders are processed and shipped on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS.


Q: How do I track my order?
A: Upon shipment, you will recieve a tracking number by email. You can then use usps.com to track your shipment.


What happens once I place my order?
A: Once you have successfully placed an order on SalviaExtracts.com, your credit card is processed by an accredited merchant processor. Upon authentication of your credit card details, your order is packaged and shipped. Orders placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped on the same day, otherwise, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

If your order is placed during a weekend or holiday, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. To guarantee successful international shippping, all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). When your order is shipped, you will recieve an email with the USPS tracking number for your package.


Q: What days of the year are you closed?
A: SalviaExtracts.com is closed on the United States Federal holidays, listed at www.opm.gov.


Q: What happens in case my package gets intercepted by customs?
SalviaExtract.com does not ship any product to a locality where that product is known to illegal or subject to governmental regulations. Despite this practice, there are still cases in which customs officials will decide to inspect the shipment. Since the products we ship are completely legal in the localities we ship to, customs agents will quickly clear and proceed with the shipping of most packages. If the customs officials in your country decide to inspect or test the package thoroughly before clearing it for further shipping, you may have to wait an extended period of time to recieve your order. The length of this time period will depend on your country's procedures.
In rare cases, customs agents may decide to return or destroy your package. In most cases, this denial is not a question of legality, but the result of additional regualtions unrelated to the legality of the product being shipped. If your package is denied, we will attempt to ship it a second time. If the second shipping attempt fails, we will issue a full refund.
