Why was my Credit Card declined ?

First make sure that all of your information is entered correctly.

1. Make sure your billing address is entered correctly. All address fields must exactly match the information you provided to your credit card company or issuing bank.

Note: You may ship to a different address than your billing address.

2. Make sure the card verification (CV) number you entered is correct. This is the three digit number on the back of your card.
