Q: How are Salvia extracts made?
A: To produce salvia extract, a batch of raw leaves are processed through a chemical extraction process involving various solvents. The end product of the extraction is pure Salvinorin A. The Salvinorin A is then dissolved and absorbed into raw Salvia divinorum leaves. The final product of this process is salvia leaves infused with a standardized concentration of pure Salvinorin A. Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (USPS), Bitcoins and Pay by Bank Card (E-Check Payments). Upon check out all available payment options that are currently available will be listed.

Q: What name will appear on my bank statement?
A: If you pay by Pay by Bank Card your bank statement will be charged by BNA Payment solution. Your bank statement will not reference any particular product.

Q: How do I get a refund if I pay by Pay by Bank Card?
A: If you pay by Pay by Bank Card, and your order has been shipped, please send us your request for a refund by emailing us. We will notify BNA Payment solution to issue a refund. You will receive an electronic self-issued check with the email you provided during checkout (using genie box) that can be printed and then deposited at any bank. The email may take up to 3 business days to be sent out. We will do our best to expedite this process.

Q: My Check bounced when I paid with Pay by Bank, now what ?
A: Every time you pay using the method pay by bank account you are essentially paying with a check, the bank takes up to 7 business days to confirm that funds are available and check is valid. We exercise the right to put a hold on any orders over $120.00 for up to 7 business days.

If your check bounces for NSF (not sufficient funds) or other reasons a $35.00 fee will apply in order to complete your order and a further 7 days will apply.

Any attempts at using stolen check books will be reported to local authorities. Writing bad checks is a crime in the United States and could lead to civil/criminal penalities. Think twice before doing it!

Q: Is your payment solution safe?
A: We have two rules in our business personal privacy and payment solution safety. Our entire website has is 100% double layered secure, meaning all your data is encrypted on our server as well as on our DNS. Anyone who want to get in has to go through two highly sophisticated secure gates.

Our processor is based in Canada not in China/Pakistan or another third world country. Q: What is Cash on Delivery?
A: It is a secure method of payment that allows you to pay only when you receive your order. You will pay the postman directly either with cash or with a money order (Made out to HRP). This method is only available to those residing in the United States. If you selected this Payment method then make sure that you/someone is present at the address you provided to receive your order and pay the courier person.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail asking me to confirm (COD)?
A: We manually email so during non-business hours (Monday to Friday) you may not receive one until following business day. You can speed up the process simply by replying to the email you receive from the cart. We will take any replies as confirmation that you will accept the COD (Cash on Delivery).

As it currently stands our system does not e-mail you a receipt until after we run your card.

Q: What other forms of payments do you accept?
A: We can send your order as a C.O.D [Cash On Delivery] within the USA. We charge a supplementary $7.95 fee for all cash on delivery orders. We can not ship orders using C.O.D method to customers residing outside of the United States. All money orders are payable to “HRP”.
We also accept money orders, we do not accept personal checks. All money orders are payable to HRP and should be mailed to the address listed on the contact page.

Q: What currency are your price quoted in?
A: All prices on the site are in U.S. dollars.



Q: Where are products being shipped from?
A: All our products are shipped from within the United States, in the state of California.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship to select countries. Be aware that Cash on Delivery is not available as a form of Payment outside of the United States.

Q: Is Salvia legal everywhere in the world?
A: Salvia is legal to own and purchase in most U.S. states and most countries in the world. Exceptions are Australia, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Italy.

Q: Does shipping cost extra? 
A: All orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic packages are sent by First Class Mail. Additional charges pertain to Cash on delivery fees. Orders paid by bitcoin are rebated 20% to minimize the fee. Due to the way our system operates we are currently unable to create multiple bands don shipping.

Q: How is my salvia packaged? Will anyone know what my package contains?
A: Products are carefully packaged to maintain potency and then discreetly shipped in a plain brown envelope with a non-descript company name. Packaging materials contain no references to their contents.

Q: How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A: Orders are processed same day or next day, depending on when the order is recieved. Orders recieved on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A: USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days*; USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days*;
