Q: My Payment been declined, why?
A: Our processor is based offshore meaning that its not in the United States due to the product/services we offer. Some US banks will flag transactions are suspicious for anything not processed within the United States. If your card was declined the cause is probably that your issuing bank has blocked the transaction as suspicious. To get your order processed  you must call them to request an exemption. Once you get it attempt again and it should go through.

Q: Is your payment solution safe?
A: We have two rules in our business personal privacy and payment solution safety. Our entire website has is 100% double layered secure, meaning all your data is encrypted on our server as well as on our DNS. Anyone who want to get in has to go through two highly sophisticated secure gates.

Our processor is based in Canada not in China/Pakistan or another third world country. Q: What is Cash on Delivery?
A: It is a secure method of payment that allows you to pay only when you receive your order. You will pay the postman directly either with cash or with a money order (Made out to HRP). This method is only available to those residing in the United States. If you selected this Payment method then make sure that you/someone is present at the address you provided to receive your order and pay the courier person.

Q: My credit card is being declined. What should I do to correct this?
A: First make sure that all of your information is entered correctly.
1. Make sure your billing address is entered correctly. All address fields must exactly match the information you provided to your credit card company or issuing bank.
Note: You may ship to a different address than your billing address.
2. Make sure the card verification (CV) number you entered is correct. This is the three digit number on the back of your card.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail after placing my order was my order charged?
A: We must unfortunately manually process all transactions, which means their is a delay between the time you place an order and the time your card is charged.

As it currently stands our system does not e-mail you a receipt until after we run your card.

Q: What other forms of payments do you accept?
A: We can send your order as a C.O.D [Cash On Delivery] within the USA. We charge a supplementary $7.95 fee for all cash on delivery orders. We can not ship orders using C.O.D method to customers residing outside of the United States. All money orders are payable to “HRP”.
We also accept money orders, we do not accept personal checks. All money orders are payable to HRP and should be mailed to the address listed on the contact page.

A: All our products are shipped from within the United States, in the state of California.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No we no longer ship anywhere outside of the United States.
