Q: How do I request a refund or exchange?
Requests for a refund or exchange are accepted via the contact form found on the contact page of this site. A customer service representative will respond to most requests within 72 hours. Requests for a refund or exchange will be honored on items ordered within 30 days of the request. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.

Q: Do I have to send you the product back?

Yes in order to fulfill a request for a refund you will need to send the product used or unused back to us. Details will be included after you submit the request via the contact form.

Q: How long will it take to process a return?
A: Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Credit card refund times will vary by the practices and policies of the issuing institution. Check and money order refunds will be sent via USPS First Class mail with tracking, to confirm customer receipt.

Q: What are the requirements to return a product?
A: Items considered for refund must be returned to SalviaExtracts in the original packaging. Empty packaging will not be considered for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of initial customer receipt. HRP reserves the right to deny refunds for items that are received in an unacceptable condition or without the original packaging. Additional costs for shipping and handling are the customer’s responsibility to send it back to us.

Q:Will I be charged restocking fees to return a product?
A: HRP imposes no restocking fees.
