What delivery service do you use?

USPS

To give you the best possible service at the most economical prices, we use United States Postal Services. We feel that the United States Postal Service provides an affordable, reliable, and efficient means of getting you the goods you ordered. If you reside outside of the United States, note that your national mail organization will be delivering your goods once it arrives within your country. Upon successfully shipping out your order we will e-mail you with a USPS delivery confirmation number, you can regularly check the status of the delivery via USPS.com Please note that orders over $60.00 must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address. This is a merchant agreement requirement we cannot waive.

If you do not receive a shipped e-mail notification containing your delivery confirmation, first check your SPAM box, if all else fails contact us. Due to volume of orders we sometime run out of items while processing. If your item is no longer in stock, then you will have two options. These are to cancel/refund your order, swap for other items, or wait. Wait times can vary from supplier to supplier and may take up to 7 business days.

We offer First Class Mail [3-7 business days] for all US orders. With USPS it takes [2-7 business days] to arrive to your address. We offer premium shipping services for a fee [see at checkout] using Priority mail [2-4 business days]. Any additional fee you are paying, for instance, if you pay with Cash on delivery, that fee that is charged to us by USPS for this service, and it does not have anything to do with the shipping method speed.

In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please feel free to inquire about item availability please contact one of our representatives through email or phone. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order. Back Order from manufacture usually will take approximately 1 week to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.

Important Note:

All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing a priority shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on SalviaExtract.com store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s). SalviaExtract.com store makes our every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond SalviaExtract’s control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

Why do I need to confirm my order by e-mail/phone for COD?

We offer the option of sending out orders with USPS Cash on Delivery  method. As such, we require the receiver to confirm their intention to receive and pay for their order prior to sending it out. We know it is a hassle, but we’ve had too many instances of people declining to receive said package resulting in costly shipping fees for us.

You will receive an email shortly after you place the order that will require you to answer “Yes” or “No” to the e-mail. If you say “No” your order will be cancelled. If you say “Yes” yout order will be shipped within 1-2 business days and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

Do I need to confirm my order by e-mail/phone for Bitcoin/Pay by Bank Card/Credit Card?

In most cases you do not need to confirm your order if you elect to pay with Bitcoin,  Pay By Bank Card or Credit Card. We do need to confirm details when shipping addresses are different than billing and names are not the same. We do not accept name abbreviation, or pseudo names, we require a real name for shipping purposes. We do reserve the right to cancel/refund your order if we suspect fraud. If your order passes our fraud screening it will automatically get queued and shipped on the next available business day. If you pay by Credit Card, your bank statement will be charged by the name indicated on your credit card receipt. The company name will not reference any particular products we sell.

How long does it take to process my order?

We ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days. Most orders are sent the next business day. Our cut off is 4 PM EST. Processing may take additional time during holidays/busy season, or when stockage issues occur. We will contact you if any delays occur that are beyond 1-3 business days. Be aware that your order may be held if we suspect fraud or if any issues arise, then our normal processing time may not apply.

What about secure and ‘discreet’ packaging?

Discreet Salvia ShippingWe understand that we sell goods that require discreet shipping methods. You can shop at SalviaExtract.com with absolute confidence that we will take every precaution in ensuring that we package and ship out your order in complete privacy. To ensure this, we ship all our packages in a plain box/envelope with absolutely no product labels of any kind. USPS requires us to have a return address label on your parcel. Why was my order refunded ?

In order to protect the privacy of card holders and our merchant processor, we treat attempted fraud very seriously. We have a very strict security protocol we enforce. If we suspect an order has been placed by a person other than the cardholder and we link it to an attempt at fraud, we will put your order on hold/refund immediately. If you are unable to properly verify that you are the card holder we will refund your order. We may contact the issuing bank to contact the cardholder to confirm it is a legitimate order when in doubt. Providing us with a number or contacting us is not an acceptable means of verification. Do not use fake names in your order, we will refund those orders immediately.

We are aware this may flag legitimate orders, but it is for privacy and security reasons that we will not deviate from this policy. Your privacy is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.

What happens in case my package gets intercepted by customs?

SalviaExtract.com will not ship any product(s) to a country where that product is known to be illegal or subject to governmental regulations. Having said that, we cannot monitor the world with thousands of languages and regulations for changes in laws. It is solely your responsibility to verify with the proper authorities and customs officials with regards to the legality of the goods you are ordering. By placing an order from another country YOU(customer) are assuming full liability and potential repercussion by your local governing authorities.

In some cases, even when there are no regulations governing a specific product, there are still cases where customs officials will decide to inspect the shipment. This is perfectly normal. If the customs officials in your country decide to inspect or test the content of the package before clearing it, you may have to wait an extended period of time to receive your order. The length of this time period will depend on your country’s procedures. We cannot provide you with any updates, in fact, the only way to get an update is to contact your national postal service for the number for customs and inquire directly with them using your tracking code provided as reference.

In some cases, where agricultural laws are strict and customs agents cannot successfully categorize or identify goods, they may return or destroy your package. In such an instance you will most likely be receiving a letter from customs in your country stating that goods bound for your address were either destroyed/returned to sender due to insufficient or erroneous information. In most cases, this denial is not a question of legality, but the result of additional regulations unrelated to the legality of the product being shipped. If your package is denied, we will first try and determine the cause, if the cause if regulatory we will issue you a full refund. We will not re-attempt a second time to ship your goods.

When do you require a signature Confirmation?

We ship all orders under $69.99 without Signature Guarantee Service (Signature NOT Required upon Delivery). Customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.

We ship all orders over $70.00 with Signature Guarantee Service (Signature Required upon Delivery). If you wish to remove this option please contact us with your order number after placing your order; however, by removing signature upon delivery the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address. Should we deem it necessary when a different billing and shipping addres is used, we may apply signature irregardless of the amount of the order.
